Activities
Bloyce has served as President of the Law Society and on several Community, Provincial and National organizations. He is the founding President of the ALS Society of Prince Edward Island.
Practice
Bloyce has appeared before most Courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada. His practice is composed of various areas of litigation, plus a general practice. His greatest satisfaction as a practitioner was to successfully appear before the Supreme Court of Canada.
Personal
Bloyce is married to Erith (nee) Craig, and they have three children. A native of Prince Edward Island, Bloyce graduated from Arlington School and Miscouche Regional High School. He was brought up on a mixed farm in a large family, the son of the late Peter Alphonsus McLellan and Elizabeth Matilda MacDonald. Bloyce is the youngest child, but still has siblings living in Ontario and British Columbia. While Bloyce has many interests, he has an abiding love for his family and truly appreciates the firms lawyers and staff. Bloyce can sum up his personal life well as follows: Good family, good friends and a love of life.
