Insurance
McLellan, Brennan has a half century of insurance practice experience in and for the Province of Prince Edward Island. We have acted for and against insurers in any number of capacities, including automobile, residential, commercial, agricultural liability policies and even marine policies. We offer legal advice and counsel for all facets of the insurance industry in Canada. This includes drafting of policies, the defence of personal injury actions, the prosecution of personal injury actions, and actions related to the denial of coverage from an insurance policy.
Lawyers of McLellan, Brennan represent plaintiffs who have a claim against insurance companies or who are suing someone who is insured. We also practice insurance defence for insurance companies primarily in non-automobile policies.
