While McLellan Brennan is an all service firm, we tend to focus primarily on litigation of all types, as well as real estate, corporate, commercial, wills and estates.
Our litigation practice includes all forms of plaintiff and defence litigation but primarily insurance, personal injury, brain injuries and other catastrophic injuries, malpractice or professional negligence, environmental law, product liability and constitutional law. Our PEI law firm has been serving the public since 1959 and a good part of that service has been for real estate and corporate or commercial transactions. It serves you well to hire a firm in these areas that does a great deal of litigation, because if you have problems with your transaction, we can litigate it here. In handling wills and estates our wills and estate lawyers recommends that everyone have a will, power of attorney, and health care directive (living will).
